Imagine this: You wake up to the aroma of fresh coffee and a chef-prepared breakfast in a cozy chalet right next to the slopes. The sun rises over Alpe d’Huez, “The Island in the Sunshine”, offering 300 days of sun a year and breathtaking views at 3300 meters, where snow is guaranteed all winter long. Your muscles are pleasantly sore from yesterday’s runs, your mind is buzzing with new insights from our evening health workshop led by medical doctor Vanessa and psychologist Nanon, and you’re surrounded by a small group of like-minded adventurers who share your love for the mountains.

Each day, you’ll carve world-class slopes (including the legendary 16km Sarenne run) then unwind in the chalet’s sauna or jacuzzi after indulging in a chef-prepared dinner. Our intimate group (max. 20 people) ensures genuine connections and a personal experience. In between, science-based workshops will help you recharge and elevate your mental and physical well-being, so you return home not just refreshed, but also empowered.
